To create a Key Activity go to My Teams and select the team > Key Activity > Choose preferred view (List or Card) > Add Key Activity > fill in Information > Create Activity > Done ✅

There are two different ways to visualize your activities: either in List view or Card view. Choose the one you prefer and that gives you the best overview:

Fill in information (Step 5)

  1. Enter a title for the activity.

  2. Link the activity to the initiative(s) it supports.

  3. Set a deadline for the activity.

  4. Assign an owner/responsible person for the activity.

  5. Write "Definition of done" – what needs to be delivered for the activity to be considered complete.

To link the activity to your team's Most Important Goals or a local tag, click “More options”:

  1. Connect the activity to the Most Important Goal it contributes to.

  2. Link the activity to a local tag, if applicable.

Filling in all fields is not mandatory to create an activity, but we recommend linking the activity to the goals or initiatives it supports. This helps ensure accurate visualization and a better overview.
