How to create a Company Goal & Team Goal

To create a Company Goal & Team Goal go to My Teams and select the team > Overview > Create Goal > fill in Info > Save > Done ✅

Fill in Info

  • Title: Choose the name of your Goal.

  • Description: Add a description. The description is an additional explanation for the team to better understand the purpose of the Goal.

  • Report Interval: Select the interval for which you want to measure the Goal. The options are weekly, monthly and quarterly.

  • Start date/End date: Select the start date from which the Goal will take effect and the end date at which it ends. Most Goals are usually set up with a 12 month time horizon.

  • Unit: Select the unit in which the Most Important Goal is to be measured. an example of units could be percent, number, etc.

  • Start value/End value: Fill in the start value and the end value of your Goal. Use the detailed table under "More options" to adjust the goal manually.

    Click "More options" for;

  • Preferable outcome: Select the preferred outcome for your Goal. The options are between "High is preferred" and "Low is preferred". This indicates if the Goal is measuring towards a high or a low value.

  • Adjusted y-axis (optional): Adjust the the y-axis after preferred view of the goal curve.

  • Historic reference goal: Add historical data from the previous period (optional).

  • Actuals: When you enter a new week/Month/Quarter, fill in the outcome for the previous period.

  • Alignment: Select "Add goal alignment" to choose if this Goal supports another top Goal in the organization. Choose Goal by clicking on the " + Add" button to the right.
