How to add Key Activities to an initiative

Updated over a week ago

Company initiatives typically describe how the company is planning on reaching its overarching company goals. Teams across the organisation join relevant initiatives and start creating the Key Activities that will help complete the initiative.

There are two ways to add Key Activities to an initiative.

1) Through the initiative overview page

It's possible to add Key Activities to an initiative directly via the initiative overview page. Key Activities added in this way will populate the team selected as the owner of the Key Activity.

Go to the initiative overview page, scroll down to the table with individual Key Activities, and click on "Create Key Activity."

Select the team that you want to create the Key Activity for.

Important note:

Key Activities are always part of a specific team that is joined to the initiative. As a first step of adding Key Activities in this way you therefore have to select which team the Key Activity will be added to. You will only see teams that you are a member of (including teams below your own if you have leader permissions, AND additionally these teams need to have been joined to the initiative to be visible here.
