Employee training applies to all permanent, full-time or part-time employees of the company as well as consultants.
Training for policy, compliance, and standard operating procedures
Compliance and policy observance are important factors for the company and hence each employee. The introduction program for new employees includes presentations and a one-on-one review session of all the company’s policies and standard operating procedures. The policy documentation thereafter comprises a cornerstone throughout the employment.
Employees are instructed to be aware and follow policies and standard operating procedures. In case of any doubt In a specific situation, the employee is instructed to reach out to its manager or the CFO in order to create the appropriate response to the situation.
Communication of updates to the policy to the employees
As aforementioned, this policy is subject for yearly review in January and additionally updated whenever needed due to changes in compliance frameworks or legislation. Employees are updated on changes at the yearly January kick-off, or immediately in case of new laws and regulations.
