How to create a Company Goal or Team Goal

Create a Company Goal or Team Goal and set how it is measured.

Company Goals and Team Goals are created the same way, from the team the goal belongs to.

Create a goal

  1. Go to My Teams and select the team.

  2. Go to Overview.

  3. Click Create Goal.

Fill in the information

  1. Title: give the goal a clear name.

  2. Description: explain the purpose of the goal, so the team understands why it matters.

  3. Report interval: choose how often the goal is measured: weekly, monthly or quarterly.

  4. Start date and end date: choose when the goal starts and ends. Most goals have a 12-month time horizon.

  5. Unit: choose the unit the goal is measured in, for example percent or number.

  6. Start value and end value: enter where the goal starts and where you want it to end up.
