Create Key Activity

Create a Key Activity for your team and connect it to what it supports.

Create a Key Activity

  1. Go to your team.

  2. Go to Plan Key Activities.

  3. Click Add Key Activity.

Fill in the information

  1. Title: give the Key Activity a clear title.

  2. Initiative and/or milestone: choose which initiative and/or milestone the Key Activity supports.

  3. Deadline: set when the Key Activity should be done.

  4. Owner: choose who is responsible for the Key Activity.

  5. Definition of done: describe what it means for the Key Activity to be done. What needs to be delivered for it to count as complete?

  6. Team goal (optional): if your team has team goals, you can also connect the Key Activity to the goal it contributes to.
