The Create Report feature in Howwe is designed to help leaders track progress on strategy execution. Whether you're monitoring the progress of the company’s Most Important Goals (MIGs), following up on Strategic Initiatives, or preparing for a board meeting, this feature gives you a clear and structured snapshot of how your organization is performing.

With just a few clicks, you can generate a report and export it to share with key stakeholders. This makes it easier than ever to maintain transparency, highlight successes, and take action on what needs improvement.

Step-by-Step Guide

How to Create and Export a Report in Howwe

  1. Go to Strategic Plan

    Navigate to the Strategic Plan tab from the main menu.

  2. Click “Create Report”

    You'll find the button at the top right of the Strategic Plan view.

  3. Select what to include in your report

    The report will contain:

    • Execution progress on Most Important Goals (MIGs)

    • Strategic Initiatives

    • Progress of milestones and overdue milestones

  4. Use filters to customize the content

    You can exclude any section you don’t want included in the report (e.g. hiding overdue milestones or unassigned teams).

  5. Add comments

    Use the comment fields to add explanations or highlight results under each section. This is helpful for giving context or guiding readers through key points.

  6. Click “Export to PDF”

    Your report will be formatted and downloaded as a shareable PDF file, ready to send or present.
