What is an Acceleration Meeting?
An acceleration meeting is a short and concise meeting held regularly, usually every week or every other week. The purpose is to look back at what the team has accomplished and then look ahead to decide which commitments the team should focus on moving forward. The meeting helps the team stay focused on the most important goals and ensures that you are working on the right priorities.
